Job description:
- Manage document control, including issuing letters and preparing cover letters
- Collect, register, and maintain all documents in the company’s system, ensuring stakeholders are updated on new document versions
- Submit and upload documents in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure accurate handling of records
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Project Manager (PM), Engineering Manager (EM), or Assistant Manager (AM) of the project team
- Coordinate communications between the Project Team, Clients, Subcontractors, Authorities, etc.
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Manage scheduling and material control on site
- Serve as the public relations officer
- Prepare progress reports
- Oversee supplier coordination in collaboration with the Administration Executive
