Job descriptions:
- Detect out-of-spec (OOS) results, deviations, and quality concerns
- Report on testing activities and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to Quality and HSE procedures during sampling and QC testing
- Adhere to the organization’s operational excellence model in laboratory tasks
- Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments
- Report OOS equipment issues and initiate equipment purchase requests
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of QC data and records
- Assist in the preparation for, and participation in, laboratory inspections and audits
- Compile data to support business performance and metrics reporting
- Suggest improvements for QC procedures, activities, and workflows
- Collect information to assess the feasibility of implementing new QC procedures, systems, and equipment
Job requirements:
- Diploma in any science related course
- At least one year experience in QC lab
