Sales Representative
Salary: $3, 500 - $4, 500 + $750 Transport Allowance
Working Days: Mon - Friday, 8.30am – 5.15pm
Working Location: Office - Kwong Min Road (Boon Lay) | Travel to site if required
Job Duties:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement project-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Project Management
- Oversee the sales process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to align project goals with sales objectives.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Team work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- With minimum 3 years experience in a sales management capacity in the foodservice industry
- Able to travel oversea if require.
- May commit occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
