Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Channel Operations team,
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel efficiency, improve workflows, and meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to ensure professional growth and high performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders (E.g. public agencies) to address operational challenges, gather insights, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, KPIs, and improvement opportunities to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
