Job Description:
- Handling registration for patients
- Assist in scheduling of appointments
- Answering enquiries and feedback
- Assist doctor/nurses during procesures if required
- Assist in crowd control
- Assist nurses to top up vaccines (Vaccination Assistants)
Requirements:
- Prior Customer Service experience would be advantageous
- Minimally GCE N/O Level
