Responsibilities
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Managing inventory records of hardware, equipment, software
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
• Trouble shooting PC Hardware, Notebook, PDA, Printer/Print Server, MS Win 2K-Vista, Internet Browser, Standard Microsoft, Lotus Notes Client and other in-house application problems.
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Electronics / IT or equivalent.
• Have 1 -2 yeas of relevant experience in supporting PC/Network Hardware, Network, Printer
• Field Engineers are expected to be able to interact well with users and work co-operatively with IT colleagues in other disciplines to successfully support end-users.
