Job Description
• Schedule periodic Service and Maintenance (S&M) and ensure service reports for periodic S&M are properly documented and stored.
• Prepare quotations, organise and carry out necessary repair work.
• Chiller Plants are operating at or better than baseline efficiency
• Chilled Water / Air is supplied to the Customer at the right temperatures, during the operating hours
• Chiller plant assets are maintained and available for operations when needed
• Prepare incident reports; review servicing reports from vendors for any insurance claims for any major repair works. Service reports (internal or by vendor) or documented properly and stored
Requirement
• Diploma or above in Engineering, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems, preferably in a similar role.
