Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate the project and lead the kick-off meeting
- Organize and lead requirement gathering sessions
- Ensure the proposed solution meets customer requirements
- Oversee the project timeline, including detailed scheduling for activities such as requirement gathering, training, and UAT sessions
- Coordinate with vendors regarding timelines, billing, and delivery
- Monitor hardware procurement progress
- Address project challenges, including delays, quality issues, and scope creep
- Hold regular meetings with the customer, if applicable
- Ensure a smooth handover to the Support Team
- Manage billing with both vendors and customers
- Coordinate resources for on-site support
- Maintain team morale when facing challenges
Requirements:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries
- Strong coordination and communication abilities to manage team activities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills
- Results-driven with strong analytical abilities, capable of diving into details to ensure project progress
- Proficient in reporting and documentation, ensuring clear, timely communication among stakeholders
- Passionate, able to multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle urgent requests while maintaining a process-oriented mindset
- Technical skills or background in networking and systems are a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required
- Required skills include familiarity with WMS, ERP systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, TMS, etc.
