Contract Role (Renewable): Full-time, 5-day workweek (44 hours), with shift flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter and exit the store.
- Efficiently assess and manage client needs to maintain smooth traffic flow.
- Engage with clients both in-store and in physical queues, offering assistance as needed.
- Set clear expectations for wait times and address client concerns.
- Provide directions and maintain good knowledge of the surrounding area.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly, warm, and gracious demeanor.
- Proactive in addressing client needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
