We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT application analysis, Agile methodologies, cloud technology, and technical support. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a preference for candidates with experience in government projects and the healthcare domain.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for IT applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Ensure successful delivery of IT projects using Agile methodologies.
- Provide technical support for .Net or J2EE applications, Oracle or SQL databases, and Weblogic, JBoss, or Tomcat servers.
- Implement and manage cloud technology solutions.
- Support application operations and audit fieldwork.
- Manage vendor and contract relationships.
- Handle change management, service request management, and problem/incident management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT Application BA experience within the last 8 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery within the last 8 years.
- Minimum 3 years of exposure to cloud technology and implementation within the last 8 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting .Net or J2EE, Oracle Database or SQL Database, Weblogic or JBoss or Tomcat within the last 8 years.
