Job Responsibilities
- HR Operations Support:Ensure the smooth running of HR operations in alignment with local labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures.
Provide operational HR support for recruitment, new hire onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee welfare benefits, and HR administrative tasks.
- Employee Engagement and Program Development:Contribute to the development, roll-out, and monitoring of HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and other programs that align with the company's values and behavioral standards.
Support the implementation and tracking of employee training and development programs.
- Employee Relations and Consultative Guidance:Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on HR policies, practices, and resolving disputes or grievances.
Collaborate with the Senior HR Operations Specialist to investigate and mediate employee concerns.
- Payroll and HR Data Management:Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly payroll reports to the local payroll vendor and the Finance team.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of HR data, including personnel files, work pass applications, and employee records in HR databases (SAP, SuccessFactors, e-Leave Management System).
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Support recruitment efforts in alignment with the organizational manpower plan, ensuring timely staffing and seamless onboarding of new hires.
Assist in recruiting events such as career/job fairs, and participate in industry talks, conferences, and university recruitment events.
Collaborate with the Senior HR Operations Specialist in implementing effective recruiting strategies.
- HR Reporting and Analytics:Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly, yearly, and ad hoc HR reports, including internal and external HR-related surveys.
Monitor HR metrics and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Continuous Improvement of HR Processes:Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and strategies, focusing on innovation and operational efficiency.
Support ongoing HR initiatives and collaborate with HR team members on HR projects.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and key internal and external stakeholders.
Provide consistent and reliable HR service delivery and support the HR team's efforts in creating a positive employee experience.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:Ensure HR practices adhere to all relevant local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
Support the timely renewal of work passes and other compliance-related tasks.
