Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese company in the Logistics and Engineering Industry. They are currently looking for a Section Manager (Warehousing) to join their growing team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager for Medical, Pharmaceutical and Nutrition industry Clients
- Planning warehouse space and manpower resources
- Increasing efficiency in the warehouse, using technology and innovation
- Responsible for profit and loss
- Answer customer queries on day-to-day basis
- Attending KPI meeting with clients
- Planning training for the department, including training of new staff
- Managing customer service officers
- Support Junior managers in Operations
- Hands On Approach
- Any other Duties assigned
The Requirements:
- Minimum 8 Years’ experience in 3PL Operations
- Experience in warehouse operations and space utilization planning
- Good experience in planning of warehouse operations, manpower allocation planning and training
- Knowledge of TAPA, GMP, GDP, Halal and other certifications
- Experience in risk assessment
- Knowledge of innovation and technology employment
