Job Scope:
- Intervention Work (Group or Individual)
Objective: To address the unique learning and behavioral needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through tailored support sessions. - In-Class Observation
Objective: To provide support for students with SEN in the classroom by observing behaviors, ensuring safety, and helping create a supportive learning environment. - Running SEN-Based School Programmes (Student-Focused and Staff-Focused)
Objective: To support the holistic development of students with SEN and to equip teachers with tools and skills for SEN support through specialized after-school programs. - Documentation and Administrative Support
Objective: To maintain accurate records of SNTA’s interactions with students and provide essential administrative support for the SEN team.
Requiements:
- At least a diploma certificate in any area relevant to special needs with preference for those with at least 2 years’ experience working with students with special needs, in a school setting or both.
- Any credentials or qualifications in the teaching area will be an added advantage.
- Good to indicate min. years of required experiences.
Working Arrangement:
· Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
· Service is also not required during school holidays
