Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Application Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of experience in application support, a strong understanding of Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries. You will be responsible for monitoring alerts, addressing incident tickets, and ensuring production systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor application and infrastructure alerts to ensure smooth operation.
- Recommend and implement solutions to prevent and resolve production issues.
- Take ownership of incident tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Close open incident tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in an application support role.
- Proficiency in Unix commands, Shell scripting, and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of Job scheduling, Kafka, and ActiveMQ is a plus.
- Exposure to the banking industry is advantageous.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
