Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to gather, document, and communicate requirements related to derivative products. The role involves working with stakeholders across different teams and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. A solid understanding of derivatives, pricing, market data, and scripting skills (Python/Excel Macros) is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance).
- Facilitate workshops to engage and validate requirements with business teams.
- Manage issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sprints, ensuring traceability of requirements.
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to deliver well-structured solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, resolving issues and recommending solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of derivative products, pricing, and valuation.
- Familiarity with financial market data and its use in pricing derivatives.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python or Excel Macros).
- Master's in financial engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related field; CFA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
