Responsibilites:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their banking needs are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand clients' financial goals and objectives to offer tailored banking solutions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets for new business, product offerings, and customer acquisition.
- Provide financial advice and consultation services to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their banking and financial products
- Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable banking products, such as loans, investments, and savings plans.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor and review clients’ portfolios to ensure they are aligned with their financial objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder.
- Driven and goal-focused individuals who are passionate about financial planning and wealth management.
- Willing to work a 5.5-day week, with the flexibility to meet clients beyond regular hours.
