Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to both potential and current customers to introduce our IT solutions and services.
- Identify customer needs and generate interest in our products and services.
- Arrange meetings for the direct sales team with prospective clients.
- Establish rapport with customers, addressing objections and responding to inquiries effectively.
- Confidently present product benefits and features to prospects.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions, appointment statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure customer data is current and well-organized for efficient follow-up.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align efforts with lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Provide valuable feedback from customer interactions to drive ongoing improvements.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual KPIs, including call volume, scheduled appointments, and solution center attendance.
