Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the business solutions/sales executives team. Provide supervision, training, and guidance to ensure the team achieves sales targets.
- Identify key prospects, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable sales terms.
- Offer ongoing support and assistance to the team in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Track the progress and activities of Sales Executives to ensure the successful achievement of targets.
- Deliver training on products and sales techniques to enhance team performance.
- Collect market insights through feedback from Sales Executives.
- Collaborate with departments such as Service and Delivery to ensure a smooth customer service experience.
- Engage with customers during visits to monitor demonstration progress and gather valuable feedback.
- Evaluate individual performance of Sales Executives, providing motivation and support to meet sales objectives.
- Facilitate weekly strategy sessions with the team to develop plans that boost sales performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate sales teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a proven track record in sales.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport
