- Review and thoroughly understand ISO requirements, technical drawings, project scope, contractual obligations, and subcontract agreements. Collaborate with consultants to address technical issues before construction begins.
- Prepare short- and medium-term project plans, seek feedback and approval from superiors, and execute tasks in line with the detailed schedule.
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, with a strong focus on maintaining excellent housekeeping practices.
- Manage quality processes by implementing recording systems, analyzing results, and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with EHS, quality, client, and regulatory authority requirements.
- Oversee cost management, ensuring materials for temporary and permanent works are handled carefully to avoid damage and minimize wastage within acceptable limits. Avoid rework or abortive work that could significantly impact time and costs.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager as necessary for successful project execution.
