Morgan McKinley is looking for a skilled Monitoring Analyst (Admin role) for a 12-months contract with our multinational client specializing in information technology (IT) services and management consulting.
Working hours: 10am-10pm, 4 days a week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct monitoring activities using provided tools and review flagged transactions.
- Ensure all tasks are completed and submitted according to Standard Operating Procedures and within agreed timelines/SLA.
- Maintain proper documentation, notifications, escalations, tracking, and follow-ups for all client interactions.
- Handle ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: N levels (subject to relevant working experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Fast learner and strong team player.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
