- Monitor the global hotline and provides the initial response to the requests or escalations.
- Create the ticket for every OPS activity and assign it to respective OPS Team members.
- Monitor all the OPS tickets and ensure timely completion of each activities.
- Review all the documentation prepared by OPS Team to clear for submission.
- Monitor all the assets of OPS Team (Equipment, Tools and Spare Parts).
- Escalate higher level issue whenever necessary.
- Prepare and submit relevant Operations documents as needed.
- Execute ad hoc tasks on behalf of the Robotics Operations Team as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or other related fields is preferred.
- Basic background in engineering or technology industry.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic applications such as MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organized with good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure.
- Ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and end users.
