Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- Skilled in understanding and managing emotions to foster strong relationships.
- Experienced in creating and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Proficient in mentoring and developing team members to enhance performance.
- Expertise in motivating and energizing teams to achieve goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while promoting freight solutions across air, sea, and land.
- Actively participate in management meetings to align on strategic goals.
- Monitor and drive sales performance while managing company profit and loss (P&L).
- Competent in tracking and reporting sales activities to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Skilled in managing sales budgets and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Extensive knowledge in international logistics, shipping, and sales management.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thrives under pressure and collaborates effectively in team environments.
Job Requirement(s):
- Bachelor in Business Management or Logistics Operations
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Freight Forwarder company
- Leadership skills with proven supervisory experience
