Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT and video conferencing support to end-users.
- Install, configure, and refresh devices; manage deployment and retirement.
- Maintain inventory, wipe drives, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Install peripherals and document requests in the IT service desk system.
- Log and escalate service requests, ensuring timely and professional support.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in IT with 1 years’ experience in end-user support (hardware & software).
