Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a team of Finance Executives, overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations.
· Ensure timely, accurate monthly management reporting and analysis.
· Manage GST and income tax filing, and prepare audited financial statements for all Singapore entities.
· Participate in budgeting and forecasting for Group consolidation.
· Review and guide Finance Executives on journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end schedules.
· Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering laws.
· Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and legal officers.
· Improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.
· Support year-end audits for inventory and cash counts.
· Manage insurance declarations and renewals.
· Drive digital transformation by identifying technology adoption areas to streamline finance and retail operations.
· Provide ERP support, coordinating with solution providers to resolve system issues.
· Handle additional ad-hoc finance and operational duties as needed.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or CPA qualification.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
