Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and efficiently register them for their appointments.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments as needed.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry.
- Prepare and manage patient files and medical records.
- Assist with the ordering and inventory management of medical supplies.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide general information about the clinic.
- Provide basic patient care assistance, such as taking vital signs and assisting patients with mobility.
- Educate patients on clinic procedures and post-treatment care instructions.
- Assist with patient education materials and resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Assist with the preparation of examination rooms and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and staff development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma/Nitec in Any Discipline
- Keen in Healthcare Setting
