Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design tailored solutions and campaigns.
Proposal & Negotiation:
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that align with company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
