- Position : Production Application Lab Leader (FFE) - Gul - Up to $8,000
- Location : Gul Avenue (Company Transport to Nearby MRT)
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.45PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12-18 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Having a deep understanding of company products for the Electronics industry, including formulations and application specifics.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
- Working with Technical Service and Sales team to prioritize appropriate customer and application targets
- Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
- Conducting laboratory trials to win qualifications by optimizing product performance against customer specifications.
- Providing application guidance to Technical Service team regarding application and troubleshooting of company products in the field.
- Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
- Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
- Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
- Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
- Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of FFE products, either at TAP or third-party facilities
- Advising on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
- Setting operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any new products made locally
- Developing external collaborations with co-suppliers, Universities, or Government Research Institutes to strengthen our offering, improve our market visibility, or secure funding to advance our product offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum Masters or PHD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Processing industries
- Willing to regularly travel to Asia countries (1-2 times per month), and less frequent travel to facilities in France and the US may also be required (1-2 times per year)
