Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate system enhancements and projects to ensure smooth implementation.
- Oversee technical requirements, including code design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize system requirements.
- Work closely with geographically dispersed vendor teams to deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Establish and maintain frameworks, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Manage daily product operations, addressing business queries and resolving issues.
- Handle additional ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in software development and management.
- Proficiency in ASP .NET 4.0 and above, SQL database design, Tortoise SVN, and PHP is essential.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, and related tools.
- Familiarity with additional technologies like Java, Power BI, Outsystem, UiPath RPA, Boomi, and OTRS is advantageous.
