Key Responsibilities
- Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking customers from the offshore market(Malaysia)
- Develop and strengthen client relationships with the Bank to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Contribute to the success of Premier Banking through the accomplishment of sales and profit goals.
- Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional consultative financial analysis.
- Provide regular market updates, insights, and financial planning solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury solutions.
- Deliver superior customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably managing affluent clients from the OFFSHORE market.
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance.
- Recognized university degree with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS certifications: RES1A, RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, including investment and insurance products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and consult effectively.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and the drive to achieve sales quotas and revenue targets.
