Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the energy sector.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions to address their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Leverage your technical expertise to communicate and simplify complex engineering concepts for clients.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead client negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and support functions, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in key account management or business development within the energy sector.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to work in dynamic environments.
