Administrative Support:
- Manage customer orders and data in ERP systems.
- Ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
Sales and Customer Support:
- Provide solutions and technical advice to customers.
- Evaluate customer requirements and ensure compliance with company terms and conditions.
- Coordinate cost estimations and timelines for deliveries.
Order Management:
- Oversee order handling, ensuring timely delivery and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for logistics and transportation.
Teamwork and Innovation:
- Identify process improvements and support the development of innovative solutions.
- Foster collaboration among departments.
Quality Control:
- Inspect products to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- MInimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Marine/Oil & gas environment
- Strong knowledge of parts sourcing, order processing, and client engagement.
- Ability to manage delivery and invoicing efficiently.
- Responsible and with positive attitude
