IT Operations Manager(Infrastructure) - Up to $7K - EAST - KT

1. Manage ICT Infrastructure services in meeting Service Level Agreement and IT Security Standards and Policies.
2. Manage ICT Infrastructure Incidents to ensure they are resolved within the Service Level Agreement and develop mitigation measures to avoid having re-occurrence of incidents.
3. Develop guidelines, processes and procedures to continuously improve incidents management, escalation and system monitoring.
4. Manage ICT Infrastructure contracts and operating budget in meeting the agreed budget utilisation.
5. Provide ICT Infrastructure support and services in all stages of application deployment, testing and production.
6. Deliver ICT Infrastructure services in meeting business needs, within agreed budget, duration and quality.
7. Design and implement technical solutions, proof-of-concept, and pilots, ensuring the system complies with ICT Security Standards.
8. Work closely with solutions architects, application and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of technical solutions and meets requirements for high availability, resiliency, scalabilities and security.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
• Certifications with Cloud Service Providers. (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) would be an advantage
• Min 3 years relevant experience with using Cloud Service Providers, preferable with AWS experiences.
• Infrastructure as Code. (e.g. Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Familiar with Security/InfoSec practices.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
• Good team player.
• Resourceful and able to work out innovative solutions using new technologies.

* This is a 2 years contract(renewable) position.
