Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the production Manager in leading a group of leaders, Technician, Material Handler, and operators to manage production activities to achieve daily output and quality.
- Work closely with superior to implement Production Work Order/planning.
- Ensure quality parts are produced accordingly to customer requirements.
- Ensure plan is executed accordingly and inform superior if plan is changed.
- Notify superior of inferior product quality and provide support to resolve quality issues.
- Assist to provide solutions and improvements for quality-related issues.
- Setup Mold, start up for production according to procedures.
- Ensure setting of Mold according to Moulding Data Sheet and correct cycle time
- Ensure all Work Order are closed according to Production Planning
- Provide training to upgrade staffs' skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with relevant departments to resolve quality, processes, tooling issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or NTC2 in any Engineering-related discipline, possess good leadership, self-motivated, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic Injection moulding knowledge
- 3 years’ experience/knowledge in Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, is added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge i.e. MS -Excel skill is needed
