- Position : Accounts Executive (AR/AP/Good & Established Company) – Up to $4,000
- Location : Alexandra Road
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus + 12 – 14 Days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Preparation of cheque or telegraphic transfer payment.
- Preparation and reconciliation of statement of accounts from vendors Generate and send statements to customers.
- Filing of GST
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
- Assist Accountant in audit related matters
- Any other duties that may be assigned in the course of work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Accounting/Finance with at least one year of experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
