- Order Management: Efficiently manage order receipts, prioritizing timely processing and fostering positive customer interactions and relationships.
- Order-to-Cash Process Support: Ensure excellence in order processing throughout the order-to-cash cycle
- Order Registration: Accurately register and process customer orders received via electronic mail, phone, or other communication channels into the system
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure correct and complete order processing, transferring orders to logistics providers, and addressing any delivery or invoicing issues with supervisors.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and attempting to resolve complaints promptly
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records by registering, filing, and archiving customer service-related documents.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure effective cooperation within the customer service team concerning the administration of customer orders.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as assigned.
