My client is a Japanese MNC, contact lens manufacturer. They are looking for a Accounts Assistant (3 Months Contract) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable to ensure timely recording and payment of invoices.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable to guarantee accurate billing and prompt invoicing to customers.
- Provide support for general accounting tasks, including monthly account closings and inter-company billing and reconciliations.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are completed accurately and without delay.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least Nitec qualification in account or other professional accounting certificate or equivalent.
- Payroll experience
