The Senior Executive will play a key role in ensuring hospital stakeholders' requirements are incorporated into new building developments to ensure they are functional, fit for purpose, and aligned with operational needs. The role has to work with public agencies, consultants, and contractors to plan and manage assigned projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and supervise reporting executives, focusing on the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) aspects of project development
- Coordinate user requirements with various stakeholders, including workgroups, public agencies, and project teams, from the planning phase to building operationalisation
- Schedule, document, update, and track development projects, project timelines, and activities for reporting to public agencies and internal management
- Attend meetings and discussions with stakeholders to review design proposals and hospital planning, with an emphasis on M&E functions
- Assist users in planning and managing critical resources to ensure efficient integration of best practices and solutions in line with business goals
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Project Facilities Management or related studies
- 5 - 6 years of experience developing IT hardware system and M&E systems, preferably in hospital setting
