Job Description:
- Document control including the issue of letter and making cover letter
- Collect and register all documents in company’s system and keep stakeholders updated on new document version
- Submit and upload documents according to company procedure
- Handle records accurately
- Supporting for administrative matters
- Any other tasks as assigned by PM/EM/AM of project team.
- Any coordination works between Project Team and Client, Subcontractors and Authorities, etc
- Attending the meeting with client and making the minutes of the meeting
- Schedule and Material Control on site
- Response as public relationship officer
- Making progress report
- Supplier control with Administration Executive
