Job Description:
- Plan and implement curriculum and programme appropriate for the child’s development, including identifying emerging trends to keep innovating. This includes developing initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships and partnerships, amongst centre staff and families that you are serving.
- Conduct routine caregiving
- Uplift professional practice in promoting the Centre's vision, mission and values and innovating to deliver high quality service standards
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with passion and interest in caring for and developing infants and toddlers
- Basic computer skills would be an added advantageEarly
