Job Description:
• Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
• Set up of medication management system at new facilities
• Accountable for accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
• Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centres
• Provide quality customer service
• Staff Training & Development
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Pharmacist & valid SPC license w min 3 yrs of relevant clinical experience
