Job Description:
- Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
- Preparing tax computation for GST
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry and filing
- Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant accounting qualifications
