Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer with strong presence in APAC region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accountant to be part of their Accounting for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North Area - easily accessible.
Responsibility Accountant:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual account closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting.
- Ensure transactions comply with IFRS and support audit processes for timely sign-off.
- Handle statutory reporting, including GST, tax compliance, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Improve accounting processes, document workflows, and maintain internal control policies.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable, safeguard funds, and ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Finance / Accountancy or any related field
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in manufacturing or similar setting is highly preferred
