Job Scope:
- Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of caller and information as directed.
- Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
- Handling and resolving complaints.
- Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec/Diploma in any field
- Call Centre experience will be advantageous !!
- Comfortable with making and recieving calls
