Job Scope:
- HR report preparation and data analysis
- Coordinate onboarding activities and facilitates induction program to new joiners
- Assists in the HR annual cycle activities such as annual performance management, talent management, etc.
- Provides administrative support on HR programs/activities/events
- Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Business / Human Resource Management or relevant fields
- Prior HRBP experience or HR internship experience will be advantageous!!
