Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day operation and support of voice infrastructure across Asia regional offices.
- Handle voice projects; design & deployment and post support.
- Perform network capacity planning and proper monitoring of voice infrastructure system.
- Perform system installation, patching, and hardware maintenance.
- Attention to detail, documentation, and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Coordinate with IT of Head Office and regional units for the project and standard implementations.
Requirement
- Degree in computing science or any related discipline.
- 7 years of IT working experience with minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Cisco equipment i.e. Cisco Call manager, Router & Switches.
- Technical knowledge and practical experience with:Cisco Unified Communication Manager
- Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence and Jabber
- Cisco Voice Gateway and VG Analog Converter
- Protocols such as MGCP, H.323 and SIP Protocol
- Voice Call Routing and Dial Plan
- Solid experience in troubleshooting voice-related issue.
- Relevant experience in voice recording (active & passive)
- Cisco certification is an added advantage.
- Able to provide support during non-business hour calls.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Positive and supportive attitude towards team members.
- Extreme discretion in handling of confidential information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
