Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage patient safety incident frameworks, conduct investigations, and analyze incident data.
- Implement and coordinate patient safety programs, including safety reviews, committees, and campaigns.
- Identify safety risks, design preventive measures, and collaborate with clinical risk management for improvements.
- Provide training, create resources, and facilitate knowledge-sharing to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Offer administrative support to safety committees and collaborate with stakeholders for quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Allied Health disciplines.
- 0–4 years of relevant healthcare experience, especially in patient safety or clinical quality improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of basic statistics is advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; meticulous and proactive.
- A good team player with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders.
