Our client, a security solutions provider has been established for more than 25 years, with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in government, trade and commercial sectors. They are now looking for a UX Designer/Web Developer to join their expanding team!
Location: Tampines
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
- Drive exploratory and evaluative user research activities such as user interviews, co creation workshops, usability testing and translation of research insights into actionable recommendations
- Create and rapidly iterate concepts through design exploration, ideation and evaluation
- Align the execution of design with stakeholders to ensure design quality and product usability
- Work closely with the development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
- Align or contribute to the design system
- Build design capabilities amongst team members, through collaboration, storytelling, and digital evangelism
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in UX design
- Frontend development/web development experience with HTML/HTML5, CSS, and Responsive Web Design will be a strong advantage
- Meticulous & strong attention to detail
- Proficient with using modern digital design tools such as Figma
