RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall Coordination and Administration
- Monitor and maintain the IPM/IDG inbox, ensuring that all student queries related to the IPM program are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for communication with students regarding their program milestones and academic progression.
- Regularly communicate with students through various channels (e.g., email, phone, meetings) to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure continuous engagement.
- Send out timely updates to students regarding important IPM/IDG-related news, announcements, and deadlines.
- Ensure that all students experience a smooth learning journey throughout their tenure in the IPM program by proactively managing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students, addressing feedback and concerns promptly.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assist in coordinating follow-up actions from committee meetings and ensuring that recommendations are effectively implemented.
- Assist the Programme Coordinator in preparing and supporting the quarterly IPM Curriculum Committee meetings, ensuring that all relevant materials and updates are provided.
- Enrollment and Admissions
- Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess and select candidates for the IPM program.
- Assist in preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates, maintaining consistent communication with applicants throughout the admissions process.
- Ensure seamless graduation processes by coordinating with the Registrar's Office and other relevant departments to finalize student graduation requirements and ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Diploma or degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiar with operations in the education sector.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
- Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
- At least 1 to 2 years organising events in the education sector.
- A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
- Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
