A. Identification
- Purpose: To provide on-site and remote technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, installations, training, and repairs, across the designated region.
B. Main Missions
- Technical Sales Support:Assist sales representatives in identifying and closing sales opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and proof-of-concept evaluations for potential customers.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Participate in sales activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and customer visits.
- Customer Support:Provide on-site and remote installation, training, and technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product operation and performance.
- Market Intelligence:Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Professional Development:Maintain a high level of technical expertise by attending training courses and staying abreast of industry developments.
C. Profile Request
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Optical Engineering) with a strong technical and business acumen.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in supporting industrial equipment, with a strong preference for experience with CNC and/or laser systems.
- Required Skills:Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
Proficiency in using IT tools (Windows, MS Office Suite, CRM software, CAD/CAM).
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
