Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle the monthly closing of accounts and ensure timely submission of reports to HQ.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to staff in the Accounts Receivable (AR) section.
- Supervise Medisave and insurance claims processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze the monthly attendance and services workload report.
- Assist with fee revision for endorsed and non-endorsed fees.
- Manage patient subsidy plans and modifications to service codes.
- Prepare quarterly costing reports for management review.
- Oversee patient deposit transactions and ensure proper management.
- Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to meet new statutory or operational requirements.
